Why hasn’t my tracking updated?Updated a month ago

There are several reasons why tracking information may not update. The carrier may not require additional scans for delivery, or there may be delays in scanning at certain facilities. If you do not see movement in your tracking information for 7 business days, you may contact us to start an investigation with the carrier to determine the status and location of your shipment.
