If a package is returned to sender, all shipping expenses including the return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and could be deducted from any refunds. This applies when a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or other delivery issues that result in the carrier returning the shipment to us.
